The Packaging Material Shredder produces high-quality packaging material free-of-charge, economical and reliable: PacMaster converts cardboard cartons into free large-volume stuffing mats suitable for packing the most sensitive goods for transport

The expensive disposal of used cardboard is eliminated, more power thanks to Vario Speed the electronic gearbox from Martin Yale International

The intimus packaging material shredders provide for a unique type of corrugated recycling: they transform used corrugated cartons into valuable padding material and packaging filler

The resulting stuffing materials ensure reliable protection during shipping - even for sensitive and heavy goods

Handling is simple and convenient: simultaneously, the PacMaster cuts the used corrugated cartons into the required width and converts them to bulky stuffing mats by the specially patented cutting shafts

(Initial cardboard cutting must be performed manually for the PacMate, which is a smaller, portable machine.) This new technology offers two advantages: it drastically reduces disposal costs for the continuously accumulating mountain of corrugated cardboard waste, and money is saved once again in the area of purchasing filler materials for packaging

Depending upon how flexible you want your packing material to be, up to three layers of cardboard can be processed simultaneously

PacMaster is available in two different models with various supply voltage requirements that determine the potential capacity: a powerful 3-phase motor or 230 V supply power in combination with the unique Vario-Speed drive system

It delivers electronically controlled power that increases the operating speed by up to 50% while the machine is not at full capacity

When fully used, Vario-Speed shifts from higher speed to higher capacity
